hiking in washington

Here are some more photos taken from my visit to Washington! While I was there, I went hiking on the Rattlesnake Mountain trail and the view at the top was amazing! I highly recommend you visit this place when you get the chance because reaching the top is so worth it. Do you have a favorite place to hike? I'd love to know!

I'm so glad it's friday! It's been a pretty stressful week for me and i'm glad i'll have a little break since monday is labor day, which means no school! Hooray! Do you have any special plans for the weekend?   — Minna

  3. Hi Minna, just recently started following your blog. I guess it's the time of year for hiking because I just recently went on my first hike at Mount Tammany in New Jersey in the Delaware Water Gap. It was beeeyootiful. I posted about it on my blog last week - http://www.mooncheez.com/mount-tammany/ !

Keep up the great work xoxo

  4. Oh I love Rattlesnake Ledge! I love that it's so close and you can do it in a couple hours but the view payoff is huge. That sign with the person falling off the cliff is so morbidly funny. Have you hiked Oyster Dome near Bellingham? It ends at a similar rock outcropping like Rattlesnake but looks out over Puget Sound and the islands. It's lovely.

  6. All I could focus on in the first two pictures was the CAUTION sign. I always get a kick out of those. I think that'd be a fun side job -- drawing those things.

    Beautiful photos!
